To combat heart disease in Kentucky, the Our Healthy Kentucky Home campaign theme for December is Heart Health. This month's theme encourages all Kentuckians to work together to ensure that every citizen is encouraged and supported to eat, exercise, and engage to achieve better heart health and their full potential.​​ ​
