June Men's Health Month

June Men's Health Month

During June, the Our Healthy Kentucky Home campaign focuses on Men's Health. In 2023, nearly 15% of US men reported being in fair or poor health. Additionally, 42% of adult men aged 20 and older were considered obese, 13% reported smoking cigarettes, and another 52% had high blood pressure. Men face unique challenges that affect physical, mental, and emotional health. Understanding these specific health needs is incredibly helpful in promoting long-term wellness.

By incorporating modest lifestyle changes into your daily routine, you can improve your health and well-being at every stage of life. We encourage you to use the resources below to personalize the Our Healthy Kentucky Home campaign to meet your unique circumstances.
