​​​​​During the month of March, the Our Healthy Kentucky Home campaign focuses on cancer prevention. 

​According to the Centers for Disease Control, 29,000 new cancer cases were reported in Kentucky in 2021. Of those, 52% were in men while 48% affected women. By incorporating modest lifestyle changes into your daily routine, you can reduce your risk of developing cancer and add healthy years to your life.​We encourage you to use the resources below to personalize the Our Healthy Kentucky Home campaign to meet your unique circumstances.​

Staying at a healthy weight and following a healthy eating pattern are two ways you can significantly reduce your risk of developing certain types of cancer.
